Sarah Kathryn Jacobs

Services for Sarah Kathryn Jacobs, 14, of Troy, who died Saturday, April 3, 2004, are 11 a.m. today at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Brannon officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park on Highway 29 under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.

Sarah is survived by her parents Don and Dr. Donna Jacobs of Troy; sister Allison Jacobs of Troy; grandparents Scott and Betty Parker of Decatur,

Amy Elizabeth Belcher

Services for Amy Elizabeth Belcher, 15, of Troy, who died Saturday, April 3, 2004, are 2 p.m. today at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Rascoe officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park on Highway 29 under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.

Amy was a member of Park Memorial United Methodist Church.

She is preceeded in death by her grandparents John Wrisden Belcher and Frances Belcher and an aunt, Sue Coppell.

Amy is survived by her parents John and Gilda Belcher of Troy, sister Emily LeAnne Belcher, Laura Michelle Belcher both of Troy; grandparents Marcus Eugene &uot;Gene&uot; and Weliska Weeks of FL.; aunt and uncle John and Peggy Kent of Troy; cousins Sandy Kent (Larry) Forshey, Cole and Abbie Kate Forshey all of Montgomery, Johnny (Heather) Kent, Trey and Will Kent all of Montgomery.

Pallbearers will be Seth Copeland, Morgan Hinson, Adam Johnston, Patrick McLure, Josh Post and Blake Sanders. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the 21 Club.

John Sneed

Services for

John Sneed, 90, of Pike Manor Health Care Facility, who died Thursday, April 1, 2004 at Edge Regional Medical Center in Troy, are 2 p.m. today at Harrison Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Earnest Green officiating. Burial will follow at Carroll Street Cemetery

under the direction of Harrison Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Harrison Funeral Home.

Mr. Sneed was born March 15, 1914 in Pike County and served in the United States Army. He was employed by Cincinnati Bakery

until he retired.

Mr. Sneed is preceded

in death by five brothers

and one sister.

He is survived by four sisters, one brother

and leaves to cherish his memory

a loving wife: Myzonia Sneed of Troy. Also survived by

daughters: Mynetter (Jimmy) Smiley of Troy, Dorothy Boykin of Troy, Martha (Eddie) Arrington of Montgomery, Mary (Clyde) Martin of Troy, Louise Frank (Mae Francis) Sneed of Saginaw, MI, Linda (Marvin) of Brundidge, Rose (Ronnie) Duniford of Troy, Elnora Sneed, and James (Sandra) Sneed all of Troy, AL. Twenty-five grandchildren and Twenty-one great grandchildren.

Pallbearers

will be Mr. Sneeds grandsons. Floralbearers will be his granddaughters and friends.

George Harold Tillery, Jr.

George Harold Tillery, Jr. (LITTLE GEORGE), of 337 Orion Street, Troy, AL died Sunday, April 4, 2004, at Troy Regional Medical Center

at 12:40 p.m.

Visitation will be at Skeen Funeral Home, Troy, on Wednesday, April 7th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Services will be on April 8th at 2:00 p.m. at Collegedale Church Of Christ with Minister James A. Tillery

officiating. Body will lie in state for one hour prior to service. Burial will follow

at Green Hills Memorial Park with Skeen Funeral Home directing with

full Military Honors.

Mr. Tillery was born on July 18, 1948 in Troy, Alabama. His parents

were Martha Helen Donaldson Tillery

and George H. Tillery, Sr.

He and his dear

friend, Joel K. Watkins, joined the Marines in 1968. He served a total of 14 months

in Vietnam

and received a Presidential Citation from President Nixon and a Citation from the Commandant of the Marine Corps. He also received 3 Battle Stars during the Tet Offensive.

He was active in Operation Dewey Canyon and Operation Dawson River in Ashaw Valley and the Republic

of Vietnam.

He is preceded in death by both of his parents. He survivors

include: two sons, Russell Tillery, Troy, and Gregory Godwin (Veda), Daleville; one step-son, Josh Wood (Debi), Troy; daughters,

Angel Carlson (John), Troy, and Linda Donaldson, Troy; ten grandchildren; three brothers, Terry Tillery (Maurice), Johnny Tillery (Lynn), and James A. Tillery (Petie), all of Troy; two sisters Alice Henderson

and Judy Tillery (Susie), Troy; special friends, Margie Boutwell

and Bonnie

Tillery Pope; other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will include the Marines and the VA Honorary Guard. Honorary Pallbearers will be friends, James McLendon, Sr., and fellow Marines, Robert "K.T.&uot; Cole, Glynn Kersey, and Dr. Ely Gordon, and nephews.

Flowers will be accepted, and memorials

can be made to Collegedale Church of Christ, Charlie's Angels and the American Heart Association.

Stanley Dexter Norman

Services for Stanley Dexter Norman, 29, of Ramer, AL., who died Saturday, April 3, 2004, are 11 a.m. today at Leak Memory Chapel with Minister Mark Jones and Minister Richard Henderson officiating. Burial will follow in Ramer City Cemetary at 12:45 p.m. under the direction of Leak Memory Chapel.

Visitation will be today one hour prior to services at Leak Memory Chapel.

Mr. Norman was a member of Ramer Church of Christ and a graduate of Troy State University.

He is preceded in death by his father in law Douglas Chapman.

He is survived by his wife Leah C. Norman, daughter Erin Leah Norman, parents Knox and Pat Norman, brother Shan Norman, mother in law Maxine Chapman, brother in law Chase Chapman, and grandmother Thelma Loraine Chapman.

Pallbearers will be Shan Norman, Chase Chapman, Darren Russell, Danny Burkes, Craig Johnson, T.H. Cowles, Timothy Dicks, Kelly Culver, Derek Wilson, Kyle Norman, and Ryan Chapman.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Pugh, Max Norman, Felix Norman, Russell Chapman, Mike Jeffers, and James Tucker.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Erin Norman Account c/o The Ramer Bank, P.O. Box 45, Ramer, AL 36069. Visitation will be Tuesday one hour prior to services at Leak Memory Chapel.

Harry Earl Rogers

Services for Mr. Harry Earl Rogers, 76, of Ozark, who died Sunday, April 4, 2004 at his home, are 10 a.m. today at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark with the Rev. Randall Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memory Gardens under the direction of Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home.

Mr. Rogers is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Mrs. Ora E. Rogers; two sons and daughters in law Dennis E. and Claudette of Troy, David W. and Debbie Rogers of Ozark, and four grandchildren Josh, Jared, Nathan and Daniel.
