Ida Bea Foy

Services for Ida Bea Foy, 74, of Ramer who died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at her home will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 29, 2004 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Evangelist Rita Barnes and Revs. Keith Price and Calvin Faircloth officiating.

Mrs. Foy will lie-in-state for one hour prior to the service.

Burial will be in Mossy Grove Cemetery in Troy under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Foy was born September 7, 1929 in Covington County, Alabama. Her parents were

L. J. Turner and Bertha Taylor Turner.

She was a minister, missionary and homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Foy in 2001.

Survivors include three sons, Mike Fowler and his wife Pat of Albany, Georgia, Robert Turner of Lakeland, Florida and Randall Turner of Millbrook; four grandsons; five granddaughters; five great-grandsons and five brothers and five sisters.
