James Jarmon Knighten

Services for James Jarmon Knighten, 73, a native of Grady who died Wednesday, February 11, 2004, in Mobile will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Oakdale Baptist Church on Smiley-Ferry Road in Grady.

Burial will be in Belser Cemetery under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday, February 15, 2004,

at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Grace Knighten of Loxley; two sons and their wives, Jeffrey John and Jane Knighten of Pensacola, Florida and James Jarmon and Cindi Knighten, II of New Bern, North Carolina; daughter and her husband, Kaye and Anthony Knighten Davis of Loxley; brother and his wife, Jerry John and Linda Knighten of Orlando, Florida; two sisters and their husbands, Margie and Fred Russell of Grady and Mary and Rodney Thompson of Blacksburg, Virginia and grandchildren, Aimee Welch, Benjamin Welch, Mathew Knighten, Ashley Knighten, Eric Davis, Heather Davis, and David Davis.

The family request memorials be made to the Mobile Infirmary Hospice or Greenwood Baptist Building Fund.
