Charles Henderson ninth grade falls to Enterprise

The Charles Henderson freshman team lost its third-straight game to fall to 5-7 on the year Wednesday night.
The Trojans faced Enterprise's JV team and fell 11-1. Darrell Reynolds scored the only run for Charles Henderson, and he recorded one of the Trojans' four hits.
Jonathan Wade, Blake Sanders and William Teal recorded hits as well. Teal hit a double, and Sanders recorded the team's lone RBI.
Tanner Hensley suffered the loss for Charles Henderson.
The CHHS freshman team just couldn't get it going in the second game against Northview on Monday night.
Darrell Reynolds started on the mound for the Trojans and took the loss for the team. He faced 17 batters, struck out one and gave up five runs on five hits. Seth Copeland pitched relief, giving up three runs on one hit. Blake Sanders and Josh Dykes also saw some time on the mound for the freshman team. They both recorded two strikeouts.
The only two hits for the Trojans came from Sam Jones and Javoris Carter. Drew Vaughan recorded an RBI with a sacrifice fly out to center field, while Tanner Hensley recorded an RBI while reaching base on an error.
The Charles Henderson Freshman team took on the Opp JV team in Opp on Tuesday only to come away with a loss with a score of 10-6.
Aaron Allen started on the mound for the Trojans and picked up the loss for the team. Allen had one strikeout on the day, giving up nine runs on eight hits. Clifton Brady closed the game for the Troy team giving up one run on one hit.
Tanner Hensley led the Trojans at the plate with two hits. Hensley blasted an inside-the-park home run and also recorded a double in the game.
He recorded three RBIs on the day. William Teal, Blake Sanders, Sam Jones, Javoris Carter and Darrell Reynolds also recorded one hit each in the game.
