Troy State begins non-league series at home today

If the Charles Henderson Lady Trojans softball team needed any type of jump start heading into the Sectional Tournament this weekend, they got it facing a tough Trinity ball club Tuesday.
CHHS goes the extra mile to down Trinity by one
It took four extra innings to get it, but Charles Henderson shortstop Kelly Miller got a base hit in Tuesday’s game against Trinity. It just happened to be the game-winner.
Rockies just miss first win over top-ranked Cards
With a chance to steal a win from the top team in the league, the Rockies couldn’t seal the deal Monday as the Dixie Boys Cardinals came from behind in their last at-bat to win 9-8.

Post 70 Senior Legion team gets season underway
The Troy Post 70 Senior Legion baseball team got their season underway with a flurry of long balls out of Riddle-Pace Field on the campus of Troy State over the weekend.
