Charlie Williford

Services for Charlie Williford, 49, of Troy who died Monday, June 17, 2002, at his home will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2002, at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Rev. Mark Stephens officiating.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation was from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2002, at the funeral home.

Mr. Williford was preceded in death by his son, Charlie II; father and mother, Horace E. and Sallie Nix Williford; brother, Dugan Williford and a sister-in-law, Mary Alice Williford.

Survivors include his wife, Martie Williford of Troy; daughter, Amy Williford of Troy; two brothers George Williford of Dozier and Henry Williford of McKenzie; sisters, Ann Sport of Gantt, Sandra Walker of Taylorsville, Miss., Linda Green of Troy, Sherry Wood of Opelika, Faye Harp of Enterprise, Kaye Stinson of Troy, Pam Coots of Enterprise, Cindy Whitehead of Brundidge and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Bobby Drinkard, L.B. Peaveyhouse, Terry Sport, Mike Stephens, Jim Stinson and Henry Williford.

Honorary pallbearers are employees of K.W. Plastic.

The family request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.

Services for J.C. Jordan, 85, of Troy who died Monday, June 17, 2002, at Edge Regional Medical Center will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday June 19, 2002 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Rev. Wayne Locklar officiating.

Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy under the direction of Dillard Funeral Home of Troy.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2002, at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Maeola Jordan of Troy; daughters and husband, Joan Spivey of Troy and Jean and Charles Driver of Deatsville; grandchildren and their husbands and wives, Timmy and Reba Spivey of Troy, Thomas D. and Kathy Spivey of Troy, Vickie Messick of Pell City, Jondy and Elvira Spivey of Troy, Randy and Linda Messick of Montgomery, Julie and Curt Chestnutt of Troy, Jennifer and Dan Myers of

Deatsville, Geina and James Andrews of Troy, Gere and Melissa Spivey of Troy, Jacob Money of Charleston, S.C.; several great grandchildren; first cousin, Jakie and Quba Sims of Troy and his cat, Tabby.

Pallbearers are the grandsons.
