Services for John Henry Diggs, 73, of Banks who died Friday, June 7, 2002, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2002, at Mt. Olive # 2 Baptist Church with Rev. S. Tullis officiating.

Burial will be in the churchyard under the direction of Bell’s Liptrot/Dawson Funeral Home of Brundidge.

Graveside services for Dorothy Hart Hazen, 96, of Troy who died Wednesday, June 5, 2002, at her home will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2002, at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Va.

Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2002, at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Co. Robert I. Hazen, USAF.

Survivors include sons and their wives, Robert D. and Beverly Hazen of Aiken, SC, and Dr. William E. and Carmen Hazen of Troy; daughter, Nina Simons of Myrtle Beach, SC; sister-in-law, Ardelle Hart of Temple, Penn.; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
