He also pulled down 11 rebounds for his sixth double-double of the year.

On Saturday, Wilson scored 33 points at Jacksonville State to give the Trojans a share of the A-Sun title.

He pulled down 10 rebounds for his seventh double-double of the year, while going 10-of-16 from the floor, hitting 5-of-9 from three-point land.

"Lamayn was the key to our success this past weekend," said Troy State head coach Don Maestri.

"He hit some big shots early in each of those games and it gave him some confidence and that spread to everyone on the team."

This is Wilson’s second time to win the weekly award.

He was named Player of the Week on Jan. 14 after leading the Trojans to a 107-100 double overtime win over Florida Atlantic by scoring 43 points.

The Trojans are the No.2 seed and will face off against No. 7 seed Jacksonville State on Thursday in the first round of the A-Sun Tournament.
