Marvin Foster, 72, of Brundidge died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2001.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Steven Tellis officiating. Burial will be in the churchyard with Bell’s Liptrot/Dawson Funeral Home directing.

Family hour will be 6-7 p.m. today.

Dorothy Collins

Dorothy Collins, 53, of the Needmore Community died Monday, Dec. 24, 2001, at her residence.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at Benevolent Grove Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. L.P. Carter officiating. Burial will be at Bethlehem Cemetery in Orion with George F. Grubbs Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Collins was born Jan. 8, 1948, in Pike County to Murray Toney and Jessie Pearl Toney. She attended Pike County public schools.

Survivors include her husband, Alvin Collins of the Needmore Community; father-in-law, Wendall Scott of Troy; sister-in-law, Jewel Collins of Troy; brother, Willie (Annette) Toney of Troy; four sisters, Renna Pearl (Will) Glenn, Pamela Toney, Shellie (Larry) Adair and Cynthia Faye Toney, all of Troy; a host of nieces and nephews.

Nephews and friends will serve as pallbearers. Nieces and friends will serve as floralbearers.
