Margie Golden Pynes

Margie Golden Pynes, 77, of Troy died Monday, Dec. 17, 2001 at her home.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 20 at Southside Baptist Church in Troy with the Rev. John Clark officiating. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Park with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include three daughters, Daisy (Dean) Carman, Illinois; Sheron Pynes, North Carolina; Penelope Pynes (Steven) Lamb, North Carolina; one son, William Joel (Dale) Pynes, Troy; one sister, Margaret Bozman, Milton, Fla.; six grandchildren, David Hansen, Angela Worrell, Glenda Pippin, Carmel Pynes, Sherron Wiltshire, Ariana Gray Lamb; sister-in-law, Gladys Bullard; step sister-in-law, Louise Bianco; seven great grandchildren; five step-grandchildren, Shannon Buchanon, April Morse, Noble Morse, Anthony Morse, Clifton Morse.

Pallbearers will be deacons of Southside Baptist Church. Honorary pallbearers will be Ladies 3 Sunday school class and WMU of Southside Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sebastian S. Pynes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church, American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.

Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Southside Baptist Church in Troy.
