Mary Jo Spruill

Mary Jo Spruill, 77, of Troy, formerly of Mobile, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2001 in Troy.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 28 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Alexandria, La. with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Jack Davis Sr. of Troy; one son and daughter-in-law, Walter D. and Patricia Spruill of Birmingham; three grandsons, Jack (Wendi) Davis Jr. of Troy, Wade Spruill and Gregory Spruill, both of Birmingham; a great-grandson, Jack Davis III of Troy; two step great-grandsons, Hunter and Halston Motes; two brothers, Frank Murphy of Boice, La., and Billy B. Murphy of Alexandria, La.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeff Davis.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Wiregrass Hospice.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Hixon Brothers Funeral Home in Alexandria.
