Helen M. Vickers of Troy died Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2001 at Pike Manor Health Care Center.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 13 at Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include husband, the Rev. Marvin K. Vickers of Troy; sons and daughers-in-law, Chaplain Marvin K. and Carolyn Vickers Jr., Walter Perry and Elizabeth Vickers, all of Enterprise; daughter, Helen Claire Vickers of St. Louis, Mo.; grandchildren, Kristin and Jason Capstraw of New York, Dr. Marvin K. and Tracey Vickers III of Birmingham, Leah Elizabeth Vickers of Dothan, Walter Perry and Dana Vickers Jr. of Birmingham, Michelle Conway of St. Louis; brother, Chaplain Walter G. McLeod of San Antonio, Texas; sisters, Mary Leila McLeod and Catherine McLeod, both of Jackson and Nell Nichols of Montgomery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blue Lake Methodist Assembly Ground, Route 1, Box 170, Andalusia, AL 36420.

There will be no visitation. Friends are to assemble at the cemetery for the graveside service.
