Blake Carnley, 14, of Troy died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001 in Troy.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 11 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with the Rev. Clifford Mathews officiating. Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery, Highway 29 in Troy, with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include parents, Jimmy and Marie Carnley of Troy; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jennifer and Steve Garrett of Brundidge and Tonya and Cliff Davis of Troy; niece, Jensen Garrett of Brundidge; grandparents, Travis and Rosa Bell Carnley of Troy; great aunts; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Mary Messick.

Pallbearers will be Robert Elmore, Clint Ellis, Kendall Donaldson, Chad Taylor, Randall Benton and Louis Davis. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the ninth grade class of Pike County High School and all other schoolmates.

Wilson E. Dozier

Wilson E. Dozier, 84, of Troy died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2001 at his home.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 11 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with the Rev. Steve Rascoe officiating. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include wife, Eleanor R. Dozier of Troy; sister, Pauline D. Tranum of Troy; daughter and son-in-law, Jean (Bill) Scarbrough of Troy; grandchildren, Chris (Mary) Fabel of Charleston, S.C., Stephen (Sandy) Fabel of Wetumpka and Lauren Scarbrough of Troy; three great-grandchildren, Cullen Fabel of Charleston, Megan Fabel and Hayden Fabel, both of Wetumpka.

He was preceded in death by son, George Fabel, and grandson, Matt Scarbrough.

Memorial contributions may be made to Park Memorial United Methodist Church or Wiregrass Hospice.

Visitation will be 1-2 p.m., Thursday.

Daisy Belle Lewis

Daisy Belle Hickman Lewis, 100, a native of Alabama and resident of Bloomfield, N.Y., passed away Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2001 at Ontario Health Facility, Canandaigua.

Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Harry E. and Nancy E. Lewis of Bloomfield; grandsons, Christopher Lewis and Scott Lewis; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside committal service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Oakwood Cemetery in Troy.
