More then 30 young area golfers participated in the the Troy Country Club’s Annual Junior Golf Tournament held on Friday.

Brother and sister duo Alyson and Eric Mitchell took both overall championships in the boys and girls classifications.

In the Girl’s 10 and under category, Kelsey Minor came in first and Kinsey Reynolds placed second.

In Boy’s 10 and under, Jimbo Turk and Daniel Ross finished first and second, respectively. In the 11-12 year-old competition Seth Copeland earned the top spot and Chase Rogers was second. Cooper Nichols won first place in the 13-14-year-old competition and Trip Cash was second. Blake Adams was first in the 15-16-year-old age group with Casey Kreis placing second and overall champ Mitchell was first in the 17-18 year old’s age group with Brent Hill finishing behind him at second place.
