Paul Thomas Jones, 75, of Montgomery, formerly of Goshen, died Friday, July 6, 2001 at Crown Nursing Home.

Services were held at 4 p.m. Sunday, July 8 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with the Revs. Doug McCurry and Robert Pullen officiating. Burial was at Green Hills Memorial Park with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include his wife, Nettie E. Jones of Montgomery; daughter, Carol W. McNelley of Wallsboro; two sons, Henry Warren of Wallsboro and John Paul Jones of Elba; grandchildren, Johna M. McCord, Jason Bradley Warren and Andrew Todd Warren; great-granddaughter, Carli Evan McCord.

Members of the Troy Shrine Club, Alcazar Temple and Fleet Reserve Association served as honorary pallbearers.

Charles Carnley

Charles Carnley, 61, of Brundidge died Saturday, July 7, 2001 at his home.

Services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, July 9 at Mt. Olive Assembly of God Church with the Revs. Tommy Cronier, Jimmy Helms and Hubert Galloway officiating. Burial was at Mt. Olive Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.

Survivors inclue his wife, Ruth Carnley of Brundidge; sister, Judy Eldridge of New Brockton; brothers, Lee Carnley of Abbeville, Travis Carnley of Troy and Roy Carnley of Montgomery; mother-in-law, Mrs. Estin Flowers; a host of nieces, nephews and other close relatives.
