Allie Carroll Jackson, 93, of Troy died Thursday, June 28, 2001 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 30 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Dr. John Brannon officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include her niece, Mary Gene Ezell of Troy; nephew, Joe Frank Walters Jr. of Troy; niece, Gene Sapp of Panama City, Fla.; niece, Nell Brannen Arsic of Newport News, Va.; niece, Elizabeth Brannen Beale of Montgomery; three nephews, Hugh D. Murphree and Thomas E. Murphree, both of North Carolina and Howard W. Murphree of South Carolina; stepsons, Sid Jackson and James Jackson, both of Petry; stepdaughter, Betty Gibson of California.

Memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church of Troy.

Pallbearers will be Sid Jackson, Jack Partlow, Joe F. Walters III, Paul Butler, Hiram Ray Jordan and Tom Murphree. Honorary pallbearers will be Al Gibbs, Fred Cain, Dr. Mickey Dichiara and Dr. Tim Barron.

Visitation will be 10-11 a.m., Saturday at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
