Clara Bell Meadows, 90, of Troy died Sunday, March 11, 2001 at Pike Manor Health Care Facility.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 17 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. A.C. Johnson officiating. Burial will be at New Mt. Zion Cemetery with George F. Grubbs Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Meadows was born June 15, 1910 in Bullock County to John and Alice Tellis. She attended Pike County public schools. She was a housewife and member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include niece, Annie C. Woods of Troy; sister, Tepora Baker of Cleveland, Ohio; several other nieces, nephews and friends.

Friends of the family will serve as pallbearers and floralbearers.

Wilson Andress

Wilson Andress, 82, of Troy died Thursday, March 15, 2001 at Pike Manor Health Care Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 17 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with the Rev. Clifford Mathews officiating. Burial will be at Banks Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Mr. Andress was a United States Army veteran, member of the Banks Masonic Lodge #569 and the Alcazar Shrine Temple in Montgomery.

Survivors include two sisters, Helen Livingston of Troy and Faye Williams of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Ben Andress and Huey Andress, both of Troy; and friend, Delphia Renfroe of Troy.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., today at Skeen Funeral Home. He will lie in state 10-11 a.m., Saturday.
