Bill Spikner Sr. of Brundidge died February 3, 2001.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001 at Mt. Nebo Baptist Church with the Rev. L.J. Bland. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Bell’s Liptrot/Dawson Funeral Home directing.

Payton Shelby Roberts, 79, of Troy died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with the Rev. Otis Derrah officiating. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Roberts of Troy; daughter, Jean Renfroe of Troy; granddaughter, Janet Gates of Troy; two sisters, Mildred Smith of Clio and Marie Carr of Abbeville; step-mother, Lola Bell Roberts of Clio; two half-brothers, Jimmy Roberts and Holman Roberts, both of Clio.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., today, at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Lila Lee

Lila Lee, 85, of Troy died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 10, 2001 at Enon Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Bobby Sheppard of Troy, Dwight and Cheryl Lee of Macon, Ga.; daughter and son-in-law, Sylvia and Andy Pouncey of Lapine; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, G.T. Austin of Banks; sister, Lela Whindham of Troy.

She was preceded in death by her husband, D.P. Lee.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., today, at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
