Mrs. Clyde Flowers

Mrs. Clyde Flowers, 82, of Brundidge died Monday, Jan. 15, 2001 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2001 at Mt. Olive Assembly of God Church in Brundidge with the Revs. Malcolm Parker and Greg Adkins officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Brundidge directing. She will lie-in-state from 1- 2 p.m.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert David Flowers; one son, L.M. Flowers; two brothers, J.T. Black and Hubert Black and one granddaughter, Cindy Ferry.

Survivors include two daughters, Evelyn Ellis of Brundidge and Joyce Sanders of Troy; one son, Alvin Flowers of Tallassee; one brother, C.B. Black of New Brockton; two sisters, Estin Flowers of Brundidge and Kate Long of Frostproof, Fla.; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Willouise "Billie" Reynolds Shealy

Willouise "Billie" Reynolds Shealy, 93, of Brundidge died Monday, Jan. 15, 2001 at Pike Manor Health Care Center.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 18, 2001 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Brundidge with the Rev. Jimmy Spikes officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Brundidge with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.

Mrs. Shealy was a graduate of Tuskegee High School and Troy Normal School, now Troy State University.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Shealy.

Survivors include two daughters, Alice Davies of Yuma, Ariz. and Frankie Aexer of Long Beach, Calif.; sister, Lucille Langford of Peach Tree City, Ga.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other close relatives.

Memorial contributions may be made to Brundidge United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.
