L.V. "Bully" Reeves, 83, of Troy died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2001 at Pike Manor Health Care Center.

Services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 2 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Minister Wyman Sanders officiating. Burial will be at Shady Grove Methodist Church Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

Survivors include step-son, Albert West of Maryland; step-grandson, Jeff West of Maryland; step-granddaughter, Kimberly Folea; two great-grandchildren; co-worker, Linda Cox; two brothers, Emsley Reeves of Prattville and Wavie Reeves of Michigan; sister, Doris Defee of Montgomery; step-grandchildren, James H. Stephens Jr. of Troy and Ann Herzog of Florida.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mable Motes Reeves, and his twin brother, L.B. Reeves.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
