Oscar Brantley Park Jr., 73, of Henderson died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2000 at his home.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 21, 2000 at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel of Troy with the Revs. Ken May and W.O. Sanders officiating. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Park in Troy with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Pallbearers will be J.D. Dennis, Wade Green, Howard Jinright, Max Owens, Joey Park and Zollie Pouncey. Mack Scott will be honorary pallbearer.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah M. Park of Henderson; daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Edgar Fannin of Troy; sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby and Debbie Park of Henderson, Dennis and Karla Park of Troy; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Junior Lolley of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; brother and sister-in-law, Byron and Aletha Park of Brundidge; sister-in-law, Melvah Park of Little Oak; six grandchildren: Beth Fannin, Lauren Park, Allie Park, Brantley Park, Landon Park and Tucker Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Southside Baptist Church Building Fund or Wiregrass Hospice.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20 at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Willie C. Brundidge

Willie C. Brundidge, 72, of Troy died Friday, Dec. 15, 2000 at Baptist Medical Center in Montgomery.

Services will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 21, 2000 at Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. J.G. Chatmon officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home directing.

Pallbearers will sons-in-law. Grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers and granddaughters will serve as floralbearers.

Mr. Brundidge was born Oct. 16, 1928 in Pike County to Fannie and J.P. Brundidge. He was employed with the Coke company and a member of Holly Springs Missionary Baptist Church. He was a deacon and enjoyed fishing, hunting, softball and basketball.

Survivors include one sister, Annie Nell Giddens; brother, Theordore Brundidge; 11 daughters: Adine Arnold, Nadine Debose, Carrie Clasco, Fannie Starks, Barbara Davis, Clara Boyd; sons: Ronnie Brundidge, Donnie Brundidge, Ricky Brundidge, Willie C. Brundidge Jr. and Jason Brundidge.

Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20 and will lie-in-state one hour prior to the service.
