Viola Reeves of Chicago, formerly of Clio, died Thursday, Nov. 2, 2000.

Services will be at noon, Saturday, Nov. 18, 2000 at St. Louis Baptist Church with Pastor Allen Young officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with Bell’s Liptrot/Dawson Funeral Home directing.

Edna Ruth Harris, 50, of Detroit, Mich., formerly of Clio, died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2000. Funeral Services and survivors will be announced by Bell’s Liptrot/Dawson Funeral Home.

Louise H. Singleton

Louise H. Singleton, 46, of Banks died Sunday, Nov. 12, 2000 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2000 at Indian Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Earl Oakes officiating. Burial was at the church cemetery with Gray Funeral Home of Union Springs directing.

Pallbearers were: Eric Roper, Ricky Thomas, Albert Thomas, Tracy Singleton, Benny Langston and Sport Jordan.

Survivors include her husband, Wilson Singleton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sabrina and Cecil Lasseter of Union Springs, Tammie and Eric Roper of Goshen; son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Jennifer Singleton of Springhill; four grandchildren: Quaid Roper, Quincey Roper, Marty Lasseter and Kaylee Singleton; six brothers and sisters: Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Hickman of Columbus, Ga., Mr. and Mrs. Perry (Mary Ann) Thomas of Louisville, Mr. and Mrs. Tommy (Alma) Sherum of Alex City, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hickman of Alex City, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Hickman of Defuniak Springs, Mr. and Mrs. George Hickman of Banks; several nieces and nephews.
