Starting Monday the PLAS cheerleaders sponsored dress-up days for the students. Yesterday, students at Pike Lib looked like they just rolled out of bed and came to school for Pajama Day. Today the students will dress in camouflage, Thursday is Red, White and Blue Spirit Day and Friday is Dress-Up Day.
The Patriots start showing their school spirit Thursday night at the Homecoming Bonfire. The bonfire is set to start at 7 p.m. on the PLAS Campus.
Friday will be a busy day for the students, alumni, faculty and staff at PLAS. The homecoming Assembly begins at 9:30 a.m. The Homecoming Queen will be announced at the assembly, but won’t be crowned until Friday night at the game.
At 11:30 a.m. the PLAS cheerleaders will lead student, faculty and alumni at the Homecoming Pep Rally.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 7:30 p.m. at Patriot Stadium against the Glenwood Gators. The Homecoming Queen and her Court will be recognized at halftime and the Queen will be crowned.
