TROY, Ala. – Andrew McCampbell, a native of Sweetwater, Tenn., has been chosen as the new assistant track coach for Troy State.

McCampbell joins the Trojans after serving as the full time assistant track coach at Ole Miss for the 1999-2000 season. He was also a volunteer assistant coach at Ole Miss during the 1998-1999 season.

McCampbell’s coaching responsibilities will include sprints, hurdles and horizontal jumps, as well as recruiting.

McCampbell received his bachelors degree in biology from Carson-Newman in 1995 and his masters degree in exercise science from Ole Miss in 2000.
