Larry Graves

Larry Graves, 83, of Atlanta, died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2000.
The funeral will be held today at 2 p.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church in Troy with the Rev. Charlie Goodwin officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. SouthCare Memorial Chapel of Smyrna, Ga. is handling arrangements.
A native of Troy, Goodwin worked for several years at Cotton States Insurance. He was an Army Air-Corps Veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Christine B. Graves of Atlanta; one son, Christopher Graves of Atlanta; a brother, Elmo Graves of Montgomery; and several nieces and nephews.

Billy Galloway
Billy Galloway, 68, of Brundidge, died Thursday, Aug. 10, 2000 at his home.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 12, 2000 at St. John Baptist Church with the Revs. Mack King, Clifford Matthews and Paul Matthews officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge is handling arrangements.
Survivors include his wife, Oma Jean Galloway of Brundidge; father and mother, Byron and Millie Galloway of Brundidge; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and the Rev. Clifford Matthews of Brundidge; a niece, Wanda J. Lucas and her husband Larry Lucas; a nephew, Paul C. Matthews and his wife Dana Matthews; and seven great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held today from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be mae to the St. John Cemetery Fund, Rt. 1 Box 104, Brundidge, AL 36010.
