Kacy Lee Clark, 16, of Jack died Sunday, April 9, 2000 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

Funeral services will be at 5 p.m., Tuesday, April 11 at Hayes Funeral Home in Elba with the Rev. Mark Griffin officiating. Burial will be at Hebron Church Cemetery in Jack.

Survivors include: her father, Wallace Wilson Clark of Jack; mother, Anita June Clark of Jack; brother, Wesley Wilson Clark of Jack; grandmother, Irene Hodge of Elba; great-grandmothers Alzie Lee Tidwell of New Brockton and Arkie Hodge of Elba; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
