Lucille Yancey Barron, 74, of Henderson, died Tuesday, March 28, 2000 at the Luverne Nursing Home.

Her funeral will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 30 at Glenwood Assembly of God Church. Burial will follow at Henderson Cemetery in Henderson. Dillard Funeral Home of Troy is handling arrangements.

Survivors include, husband, Levy Barron of Henderson; daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and Bill Lee of Prattville; Erma and Rick Hamm of Henderson, Nancy Hussey of Henderson, Peggy and Tim Ellis of Brundidge; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Adele Barron of Montgomery, Ray and Diane Barron of Montgomery; 11 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Deltris Spivey of Montgomery, Lena Griffin of Henderson; brothers, Larue Yancey of Montgomery; and Durrell Yancey of Pine Level.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, March 29 at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. The body will also lie-in-state 30 minutes prior to funeral service.
