Willie Ella Foreman Smith, 73, of Troy, died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2000 at her residence.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2000 at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Troy, with the Rev. A. C. Johnson presiding. Burial will follow at Elam Church Cemetery with George F. Grubbs Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include sons, Henery Smith of Dothan; Charlie Lee Smith of Troy; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; nephew, Robert Smith; aunt, Mary Alice Foreman; special friend, Willie Daniel; a host of relatives and friends.

Pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons. Floralbearers will be her nieces, family, and friends.

She was born on May 25, 1927 in Pike County, to the late Caludine Crawford and the late Varner Foreman. She attended the local public schools of Pike County. She was a retiree of Troy State University. She was a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.

Valma Lowery Revels Foreman

Valma Lowery Revels Foreman, 74, of Troy, died Monday, Jan. 17, 2000 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2000 at the Dillard Funeral Home of Troy, with the Rev. Duran Sherrer presiding. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Jimmy Welch of Banks; granddaughters, Amber and Autumn Welch of Banks; sister, Marsena Rapp of Suffolk, Va.; brothers, Quinton Lowery of Hacoda, Ala; and James Lincoln Lowery of Marianna, Fla.

Pallbearers will be Franklin Berry, Ed Brown, Buddy Fowee, Johnny Gibson, Patrick Lucas, and Linn Welch.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Orvis J. Revels and Clinton Foreman.

Gilbert Ball Weston

Gilbert Ball Weston, 81, of Lynn Haven, Fla., died Monday, Jan. 17, 2000 in Panama City, Fla.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 20, 2000 at Lakeview Cemetery with Dr. Jerry Weaver presiding.

Survivors include children, Bill Weston of Ramer; Rachel Wright of Panama City Beach, Fla.; Beverly Hall of Rockwood, Tenn.; Becky Boykin of Lynn Haven, Fla.; Charlie Weston of Panama City Beach, Fla.; Miriam Weston of Panama City Beach, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Miriam Murray; Rebecca Polidor; Isabel Davis, all of Clearwater, Fla.; and brother, Herman Weston of Saxton Rivers, Vt.

Pallbearers will be Lawrence Bowden, Chuck Dickert, Don Dickert, Jack Dickert, Fred Shields, and Mike Thomas.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Red Barnes, Larry Buchanan, and Dale McRee.
