Mary Lou Anderson, 93, of Troy, died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 1999 at Edge Regional Medical Center.

Services were held at noon, Saturday, Dec. 18 at New Hope Valley Baptist Church in Luverne with the Rev. Ben Matthews presiding. Burial followed at the church yard cemetery. Harrison Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Survivors include, three sisters, Lizzie Mac McDonald of Troy; Orbersene Mitchell of Cincinnati; Leola Stringer of Luverne; brother, John Anderson of Birmingham; and a host of other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family. Floralbearers will be friends of the family.

She was born on July 17, 1906 in Crenshaw County to Thomas and Lula Davis Anderson. She was attended New Hope in Luverne and St. Mark Baptist in Glenwood.
