Springfield Missionary Baptist Church, of Ansley AL., will be celebrating Youth Day, March 13, 2016 at 11 a.m. where Pastor Walter Still is the Pastor. He will have his niece, Miss Mary Denise Lyons, of Columbus GAå., speak to the youth this day.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vicitias Lyons (Sharon Still), and the younger of two children. She is a missionary for Christ who works with a ministry known as Chi Alpha Christian fellowship, and her main goal is to encourage students to have an authentic relationship with Christ.

Mary graduated from Columbus State University in December of 2013 with a degree in English, Professional Writing, and a minor in Communications. She still plans to accomplish her goals, but believes that God has redirected her steps. She also ministered to students struggling with alcoholism, same-sex attraction, and suicidal thoughts. God is moving tremendously on her campus and she’s overjoyed to be uses as one of His vessels.
