Carl Ray “Boo” Chadwick, II, age 29, a resident of Grady, AL diedSunday, October 4, 2015. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 9, 2015 at 2:00 pm in Friendship Baptist Church with Reverend Charles Francisco officiating. Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy directing.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 9, 2015 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Friendship Baptist Church.

Mr. Chadwick is survived by a son, Logan Chadwick; daughter, Madison Chadwick; mother, Twilla Wallace; brother, Dennis Bishop; grandmother, Eunice Ann Sikes; uncle, Louie Wallace; aunt, (Nana) Renee Wallace; father, Carl Chadwick, Sr.; step-father, Dennis Bishop, Jr. and extended family from Paragould, Arkansas.
