Troy Bank & Trust put twist on Ice Bucket Challenge

CFO of Troy Bank & Trust Jeff Bentley, left, and CEO and bank president Jeff Kervin, right, accepted their ALS Ice Bucket Challenge from Sisters’ Restaurant and Jim Jackson Wednesday afternoon, but the bank put their own twist on the challenge. Instead of dumping ice over their heads, the two had senior vice president Gayla Kenney, left, and the senior trust officer Tenise Owens, right, dump an $1,000 donation out of the buckets. Dianna Lee, the marketing and public relations officer for the bank, said it was a great way to encourage people to donate to the ALS foundation. Troy Bank & Trust did not challenge anyone, but instead Lee said the bank members encouraged others to go to ALSA.org and donate. Messenger Photo/Scottie Brown
