Bobby Layne Tew, age 58 of Brundidge, died Sunday May 5, 2013 at his home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 2:00 PM from the Springfield Baptist Church with Reverend Kenneth Baggett and Reverend Donald Ash officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 5-7 PM at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge. Survivors include; Wife, Patricia “Pat” Tew of Brundidge, 2 Sons and Daughters-in-law, Jarrad and Alison Tew of Harrisonburg, Virginia, Brady and Loren Tew of Brundidge, Sister, Rebecca “Becky” Wells of Brundidge, Niece, Becca Wells of Brundidge. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, William Horace and Annie Ruth Tew. Serving as Pallbearers will be, Shirley McGhee, Ellis Martin, Randy Martin, Timothy Martin, Phillip Martin and Mathew Martin, Larry Goodson and Richard Tew. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to the Springfield Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
