Mr. William Ezra Benton age 79 of Brundidge died Monday, February 18, 2013 at Flowers Hospital.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 12:00 noon in the Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Claude Adams Officiating

Visitation will be held Thursday form 10:00 until 11:30 at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law William Thomas and Janet Benton, 2 daughters and a son- in-law Sara Teresa Senn and Deborah Ann (Jim) Kerlin, his grandchildren Benton and Rebekah Kerlin, Jessica Benton (Jeron) Senn, David Ezra Benton, Sara Elisabeth Senn (Derek) Sneed, Emily Nicole Senn, honorary grandchildren Jenna Renee Adams and Christopher James Adams, several brother, sisters, nieces and nephews, special caregivers Michelle Oaks, Patty Shiver and Mary and Gene Singleton.

He was preceded in death by his wife Sarah Olean “Gronnie” Adams Benton.

Honorary pallbearers will be Steve, Jeff and Phillip Ellis, Ben Kerlin, David Benton, Derek Sneed, Johnathan Miller, Jaron Senn.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
