Cheryl is the daughter of Ann Miller Collins of Cairo, GA and the late William C. Pyles of Eufaula. Peter is the son of Renate Ross of Anniston, AL and the late Merle P. Ross, Jr. The bride’s grandparents are Ralph N. Miller and the late Kathryn Miller and the late Mary and Culven Pyles, all from Cairo, GA. The groom’s grandparents are the late Merle P. and Anna Ross, Sr. and the late Herbert and Hannah Wicke.

The bride’s children are Joanna “J.J.” (Snyder) Swindall and her husband, Chap Swindall, Matthew Snyder, and Robin “Gabby” Snyder.

The groom’s children are Jessica (Ross) and Brian Schiffbauer of Temple, GA, Cindy (Ross) and Josh Hodgins of Roxboro, NC, and Sarah Ross of Lexington, KY. The groom’s grandchildren are Emily and Brian Schiffbauer and Abby, Austin and Addison Hodgins.

The bride is employed by Troy Regional Medical Center. The groom is employed by Flowers Bakery of Montgomery. The bride is a graduate of Charles Henderson High School and Troy University. The groom is a graduate of Burlington High School, in Burlington, Vermont, and the University of Alabama. The couple will reside in Wetumpka, Alabama.
