Community yard sale supports Pike Regional Child Advocacy Center

Yard sales provide opportunities for shoppers to get good deals on needed or wanted items at affordable prices.
However, what would happen if the shoppers could set their own prices? Most probably, they would beat a path to the door.
And, that’s just the deal the Pike Regional Child Advocacy Center has for shoppers Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. until noon at the CAC at 118 West Orange Street in Troy.
Kaylee Green, Center director, said the yard sale features “gently used items” and the buyers set their own prices.
“Shoppers will be invited to take what they need, and if they can, leave a donation in support of the Pike Regional CAC,” Green said. “All proceeds support the vital work of the Pike Regional Child Advocacy Center.”
Every dime and every dollar can make a positive difference in the lives of children in abusive situations and their families.
Neither Friday nor Saturday is too late to support the Pike Regional Child Advocacy Center’s Free Yard Sale, at the center on West Orange Street in Troy, with a donation or a purchase. “Each will be a blessing.”
