The City of Troy Environmental Services department will be adjusting their hours of operation to “beat the heat.” 

As of June 12, the City of Troy’s Environmental Services Department is adjusting its operation hours from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will remain in effect until August 12. Residents are advised to make preparations accordingly by placing their garbage and recycling carts the night before the trash is collected or by 5:30 a.m. on their scheduled collection day.
