Word around town this week is that the creativity of young children has been unlocked at The Studio in downtown Troy.

Andrea Pack, executive director of the Johnson Center for the Arts, said, yes, there have been explosions of fun and laughter throughout the week as the Summer Art Explosion 2025 continues to fill the summer with games, music, theater, dance and unbridled fun.

And at noon Friday, the first week of the Explosion of fun, friendship and learning will close with a kids’ theater stage show and set the stage for yet another Summer Art Explosion 2025 beginning June 9.

“Our Summer Art Explosion program offers engaging classes for children ages six and up to have opportunities to enjoy theater, dance, visual arts and crafts, board games and hands-on –learning activities,” Pack said. “And, also, to be a part of the week’s Final Showcase.”

Summer fun, fellowship and new friends are just down East Walnut Street in Troy.

To be a part all the summer fun, visit the Johnson Center in downtown Troy and punch a ticket to Summer Fun.
