Love plants? Enjoy learning? Like Community Volunteering? You’re a great fit for the Master Gardener Intern Training. No expertise needed—just a desire to grow, learn, and volunteer.
Those who love plants, enjoy learning and community volunteering are a great fit for the Master Gardener Intern Training said Emily Wisner, Coffee County Extension.
“The Wiregrass Area will host counties for the class, which is in Dale and Pike County,” said Wisner. “Those who participate will receive in-person and online horticultural training tailored to Alabama’s soils and climate, hands-on labs and resources.”
Also, the class will be an opportunity to make new friends and give back through community service.
The Fall 2025 Class dates are Aug. 14 through Nov. 6. Registration will be June 2-30
Early Bird registration: June 2-30 $150; Regular $175 June 17-30.
