Troy PD obtains warrants for pair wanted in connection with North Knox Street shooting

Troy Police Chief Danny Barron announced today, May 16, that the Troy Police Department has obtained warrants for two suspects in connection to the May 7 shooting on North Knox Street in Troy.
The shooting occurred on May 2 in the 100 block of North Knox Street with two individuals being injured in the incident. Both victims were critically injured in the shooting and are still recovering. Warrants have been issued for DaQuan I. Brantley, 20, of Pike County, and Gavin L. Cogburn, 17, of Pike County.
Both are wanted for Attempted Murder and Shooting into an Unoccupied Building. Barron said both individuals should be considered armed and dangerous. TPD emphasizes that residents should not attempt to approach or apprehend the suspects themselves.
