SCARHA  recently honored two board members that retired from their positions with the board, Joe Boutwell and Ellis Ingram.

Ingram was the Board Chairman and has served the Housing Authority Board since 1993, a total of 32 years. Boutwell is a former Executive Director of the Housing Authority and has served on the board since 2008. He ended his service of nearly 50 years to the South Central Alabama Regional Housing Authority.

“SCARHA extends its gratitude of service and dedication for all these years,” SCARHA said in a statement.
