The AHSAA Regional Softball Tournament begins next week and Pike Liberal Arts School, Zion Chapel High School, Ariton High School and Charles Henderson High School will all be in action.

All of the South Regional Tournaments will be played in Gulf Shores. Zion Chapel plays Geneva County in the Class 2A first round on May 5, while Ariton plays Washington County and Pike Lib faces off against Cottonwood. All three games will be played at 9 a.m. Second round games in both the elimination bracket and winners bracket continue play on May 6. Play will continue on May 6. 

Charles Henderson will face off against Elberta in the first round of the Class 5A Regional Tournament on May 5 at 10:45 a.m. The second round games in the double-elimination tournament will continue on May 5 with more elimination games and the championship round on May 6.
