Exchange Club learns about services of Child Advocacy Center

Kaley Green, executive director of the Pike Regional Child Advocacy Center talked with members of the Troy Exchange Club about its mission and Child Abuse Prevention Month.
The PRCAC serves Barbour, Bullock, Coffee and Pike Counties and provides a wide array of services to help protect children in its service area.
Green said the CAC services include:
- Community awareness
- Clothing assistance
- Crisis counseling services
- Erin’s Law training
- Forensic interviewing
- Parent support group.
She said currently the CAC is making people aware that April is Child Abuse Prevention Month. During the month, Green said the CAC is also conducting its annual Pinwheel Campaign to provide additional funding for the agency.
Green said partner levels include a $75 Silver Pinwheel Sponsor, a $150 Blue Pinwheel Sponsor and a $200 Sparkle Pinwheel Sponsor. Donors can mail a check to Pike Regional CAC, 118 W. Orange St., Troy, AL 36081.
