Pike County Cattlemen’s Equipment Auction Sale is set for Saturday, April 5 at Cattlemen Park on Highway 231 South of Troy.

So, the Cattlemen said it’s spring time and cleanout time for barns, sheds, garages and anywhere else “equipment” could be found that neighbors and perfect strangers just might be looking to buy.

The Cattlemen will receive equipment March 29 and 31 and April 1-3 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. No items will be accepted Friday, April 5.

The equipment auction is always a big draw and will get underway at 8 a.m. and will have a variety of “equipment” on the block including tractors, trailers, vehicles, surplus items, antiques, wagons and trucks.

Vehicles from the City of Troy, the Pike County Sheriff’s Department and the Pike County Commission will be up for sale and, as always, are expected to “draw a crowd.”
