Stone Martin Builders held a ribbon cutting for its Walter’s Branch West subdivision. 

Walter’s Branch West is located on Trojan Parkway across from Walter’s Branch. Walter’s Branch was a two-phase subdivision with the first phase on Trojan Parkway and the second phase located in Enzor Road. 

Walters Branch West is a new 48-lot subdivision with home prices beginning at $316,000. 

“I knew there were trails and logging roads and different things down here,” Troy Mayor Jason Reeves said. “I knew we needed to have what eventually became the Enzor Road connection. And so, I got the keys to the gate we had put up, and walked down the hill and stepped over the creek and looked at all this stuff and I knew we needed to open things up and expand and grow. But, I had no idea we would have things here like this beautiful home I walked through a few minutes ago.” 

REALTOR and Stone Martin Builders Affiliate Sharon Langford said 46 lots remain unsold in Walter’s Branch West and there are three inventory houses and five lots available for sale in Walter’s Branch Phase II.
