The Troy University football team released its full 2025 schedule on Friday with the Trojans hosting six home games at Veterans Memorial Stadium this season. 

The Trojans will open the season with four straight non-conference games against Nicholls State on Aug. 30, at Clemson on Sept. 6, Memphis on Sept. 13 and at Buffalo on Sept. 20. The Sun Belt Conference schedule will start with a bang at home against rival South Alabama for the annual Battle for the Belt on Oct. 4. 

After a bye, Troy hits the road for a two-game road swing against Texas State on oct. 11 and ULM on Oct. 18. Back at home, the Trojans battle Louisiana on Oct. 25 before celebrating Homecoming on Nov. 1 against Arkansas State.

After a bye, Troy’s only mid-week game of 2025 will see the Trojans face off against Old Dominion on the road on Nov. 13 in a nationally televised game on one of ESPN’s networks. Troy is back at home on Nov. 22 against Georgia State before wrapping up the regular season on Nov. 29 at Southern Miss.
