Goshen High School 

The Goshen Eagles played five games over the last week and Grant Taylor had a big week, holding a .714 batting average with 10 total hits, one walk, two doubles, three RBIs and five runs. He also boasted an .857 slugging percentage with a .750 on-base percent. Taylor was also a terror on the mound, striking out 23 batters and giving up just four hits and no earned runs in 12 innings pitched.

Charles Henderson High School

Jones had a big week for the Lady Trojans, boasting a .615 batting average in five games. She tallied two doubles, two triples, one home run, nine RBIs, five runs two stolen bases and two walks. She also had no errors on defense. In a tough one-run loss to Geneva, Jones went 3-for-4 at the plate with a homer, a double, a triple, five RBIs and two runs.
