In an effort to show greater appreciation to Pike County’s agricultural community, the 2025 Pike County Farm City Committee has planned a slate of Farm-City events through December 2025.

Abby Peter, Pike County Extension Committee, said the Farm-City events will get off to a great start on April17, with the State Farm-City Luncheon in Auburn.

A Farm & Industry Tour is planned for the spring. And, with school back in session, all third graders will begin looking to Farm Day at Cattleman Park and fifth graders will be anxious for Classroom in the Forest. October is along a time to enjoy Pumpkins Around the Square.

The annual Pike County Farm-city Banquet is a highlight of the fall season.
