- The Pike County Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the remodeling of All In Credit Union’s branch on the Elba Highway.
All In Credit Union recently celebrated the remodeling of its Troy branch office.
The interior of the branch was remodeled from traditional bank teller windows into a more modern, service oriented floor plan. Bobby Michael, All In president and CEO, was at the grand- reopening and said the new floor plan allows employees to meet customer needs through a one-on-one, personal consultation.
“We are excited to showcase this newly refurbished facility and to provide the convenience of an open floor plan to our members,” Michael said. “We look forward to serving all our members from this facility that provides a revitalized, full-service branch in Troy.”
Richard Carnley, vice president of facilities, added, “We’re extremely pleased with the quick turnaround we were able to provide with this remodel. In a few short weeks, we transformed the interior of the branch with minimal disruption to our members.”
Michael said the current branch was opened in 2008, and after 17 years, it was time to upgrade the facility. He also said the remodel, also celebrated All In’s 25th anniversary in the Troy community.
“We were one of the first credit unions in the Troy area,” Michael said. “We’ve enjoyed serving Troy and we’ve enjoyed being supported by the Troy community. This is our second location in Troy and after 17 years, it was just time for some renovation.”
A big part of the remodeling included the Bean Bros. coffee shop inside the branch.
“We were looking for something really unique to put in our branches,” Lisa Hales, supervisor of member experiences, said. “We reached out to several coffee shops and Bean Bros. was very interested in locating in our branches. Enterprise was our first location with Bean Bros. and Troy is our third branch with a Bean Bros. We’re currently building a branch in Panama City that will include a Bean Bros. So, it’s been very successful for us and well received by our customers.”

The remodeled All In Credit Union includes an open floor plan that allows employees to meet with customers in a more personal manner.
