The City of Troy’s offices will be closed on Monday, Feb. 17, in observance of President’s Day and John Lewis’ Birthday. 

Monday’s garbage and recycling routes will instead be picked up on Wednesday, Feb. 19. Emergency services such as police and fire protection will be fully operational during that period. Any utility outages should be reported to the after hours number, (334) 566-0177.
